1. Go to this url - <https://heyurl.cc/dashboard/product>
2. It should show all course in this list

### Step 2 - Click Course Link

1. Click course product name -> redirect to course detail page

2. You can edit course by click the action button：

* <mark style="background-color:red;">View Details</mark>：Go to Course Detail
* <mark style="background-color:red;">Edit Product</mark>：Edit the product detail information
* <mark style="background-color:red;">Visit Course</mark>：Link to course url
* <mark style="background-color:red;">Delete Product</mark>：Delete this product record

### Step 3 - Check the Course Information

1. Check all information are correct

* <mark style="background-color:red;">Coupon List</mark>：Manage all course coupons and more function for auto renew coupon.
* <mark style="background-color:red;">More Function</mark>：Create and Activate Coupon

### Step 4 - Click Auto Generate Coupon

1. Click Auto Generate Coupon Button
2. The platform would generate the next 6 month coupon for this course
3. It will be activated when the start time is comming.

### Step 5 - Click Activate Coupon

1. Click Activate Coupon Button
2. The platform would activate coupon which start in this month.
3. The course link would use this conpon code.

3. The course link would use this conpon code.

## 3. Copy Selling Link

### Step 1 - Refresh URL List

1. Click the refresh button in URL list table
2. The activated coupon should show in URL List
3. It work!

1. Click shorten url to validate the course coupon.
2. The link redirect the course page.
3. Coupon work in the course page. Link to course url with <mark style="background-color:red;">active coupon code.</mark>

2. Click the action button and select "Copy short URL"

## 4. Update the coupon to Udemy platform

### Step 1 - Download Course Coupon csv File

1. Click udemy course list in - <https://heyurl.cc/dashboard/product>
2. Click more function in product management.
3. Click and download upcoming coupon.
4. The browser would download the csv file in your computer.

### Step 2 - Upload the csv to Udemy platform&#x20;

1. Go to udemy instructor tool panel - <https://www.udemy.com/instructor/tools>

3. Click <mark style="background-color:red;">"upload csv to create coupon"</mark> in bulk coupon creation page.
